Order Information
1. How To Order
 
  1. To add a product into your Shopping Cart click on ADD TO CART. If you wish to view the product description of the selected item, click on the image itself or click VIEW DETAILS.
  2. Once you click on ADD TO CART, the items in your Shopping Cart will be listed out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
    • click on CONTINUE PURCHASE if you wish to shop for other items. Repeat Step 1 to add more items into your Shopping Cart.
    • click on DELETE to remove any of the selected items from your Shopping Cart.
    • click on CONTINUE TO CHECK OUT if you wish to end your shopping session.
  3. Double check on your order (QUANTITY and PRICE). Fill in the SHIPPING and BILLING INFORMATION.
  4. Click next to choose your preferred PAYMENT METHOD.
  5. Click next to advanced to THE FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION. Double check all the details. Click on PLACE YOUR ORDER after you make sure that all the information provided are correct else click BACK to go back to the ORDER FORM to edit the information.
  6. Your order is now completed. You shall receive a confirmation via email containing the Order Reference Number.
  7. Please keep in any means the ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER for future reference.
 
2. Payment Methods
 

1. Direct Cash Payment (Domestic:Only Applicable in Malaysia)
Complete a bank deposit slip with the information below and deposit it along with your cash at any of the respected bank branches. Please do not forget to write your NAME and ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER on the deposit slip and fax a copy to us at +607- 5548018 as proof of payment.

[ Payment received after 3:00pm on Friday, your order will be sent on coming Monday.]

3. Currencies and Exchange Rates
 

Prices for all the items are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency exchange rates fluctuates daily base on global market conditions. Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate in effect at the time of the charge.

All prices shown and all transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currently RM3.80 = USD1.00.

 
4. Stock/Inventory Availability
 

As our commitment towards our customers, we try our best to ensure that items listed for sale is always available and ready to be shipped. Items that are kept in stock will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days, provided Payment is made and cleared in 24 hours after the order is made. We recognize the need for prompt delivery and makes every effort to ready your order for shipment as quickly as possible.

However, some of the items may be temporarily out of stock. Thus, we will only charge for items available for shipment. When the backordered items are available again, we will keep you informed at once.

Our customers' satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY. As such, you are always welcome to request for items that are not listed for sale on our website. We will forward your request to our manufacturers to confirm whether that particular item will be available and you will be informed about it as soon as possible.

 
5. Order Processing
 

Your orders will be processed daily from Monday to Friday (Business Day).The cut-off time for order processing is 3 pm for each business day. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays (Malaysia) will be processed on the following business day. Orders for items that are in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment.

If you place an order and then notice an error, please e-mail us at sales@niko.com.my immediately so that we may correct your order. If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail us so that we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for follow up.

 

 
6. Order Confirmation
 

Upon successful payment transaction, we will e-mail you to confirm your order and advise the AIR WAYBILL NUMBER (for international shipment via UPS / TNT / EMS) or CONSIGNMENT NOTE NUMBER (for domestic order) after we shipped the order. Any consent regarding the delay of shipment or availability of an item will be notified through e-mail.

 

 
7. Order Cancellation
 

If you wish to cancel your whole order or partial items of your order, kindly inform us by email sales@niko.com.my quoting your ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER. Cancellation is NOT allowed after your payment has been made. We will send out your order according to your payment. All orders will be deemed as VOID if you do not make any payment within 3 days after we sent you the invoice unless you specify for reservation in prior due to special condition.


 
8. Product Packaging
 

We have learnt much solid experience from our previous practises, so we know what you need and have the ability to provide you a smooth and easy transaction!

We concern good packaging to avoid any damage during transportation. The quality of your shipment is our top priority and the materials used to package our products reflect our committment.

Your orders will be sent via our appointed courier sevices such as City-Link and Nationwide . Please be reminded that It is very important to inspect for any damages for the goods received as well as the total number of cartons (is it tally with the consignment notes?) before you sign and acknowledge the receipt.

2. International Shipping

We currently have agreements with some of the world leading courier services like UPS , TNT and EMS. You can choose the shipping method when placing an order.

International Registered Air Mail

It will normally take approximately 15-20 days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain cases or for certain locations, it may take up to 4 weeks or longer for delivery. Tracking number is currently not available for international shipments via registered airmail.

*Attention: Please note that NIKO reserves the right to make adjustments on the shipping cost from time to time under certain circumstances. However, shoppers will be informed about the change of shipping cost. We do not hold responsibilities for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, or orders that require shipping to addresses that do not match your billing information. Additional shipping costs due to incorrect address or refused shipment shall be borne by the customer.

 

 
2. Shipping Policy
 

NIKO will always try to ship the product to you within the shortest time frame at the minimum cost.

 

 
3. Customs Fees, Import Duties and Tariffs
 

For international orders, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your coutnry. Additional charges for custom's clearance will be born by customers. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the outcome might be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country and change from time to time. We would strongly recommend you to contact your local customs office for latest information. We would like to remind the international customers that all cross-border shipment are subject to scrutiny by customs authorities.

* ATTENTION: Please be aware of any laws in your country pertaining to the content or subject matter of the item that you are ordering. NIKO shall not be held responsible for customs seizures as a result of materials being considered illegal in your country. Please be aware of what can and cannot be imported into your country prior to ordering.

 

 
4. Shipment Tracking
 

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. If tracking service is available, we will include the tracking or AIR WAYBILL NUMBER in your shipping confirmation email.

Information such as name and address, credit card information and e-mail addresses will be regarded as private and confidential. Credit card information will not be kept. The information will only be used for communicating with the customers about the status of an order.

We will not disclose any of your personal information to other individuals or organizations unless required by the law. We do not send you junk mails.
